Refunds & Replacements

- Returns/replacements are applicable only in the unlikely event that your waytoearth products recieved in damaged condition.
- You must submit the return & replacement form or email us at info@waytoearth,com about any damaged items within 3 days of receiving your order and also send us a picture of the damaged item, Order Number and Reason for Return.
- In case you do not raise a returns claim using the form or through email within the prescribed time you shall not be eligible for a return.
- The User can return the products within 3 days from the delivery of the products.
- The request of the refund shall be validated by the customer care of the Company.
- The return will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of request.
- The Refunds will be deposited into your bank account within 7 working days.
- We shall process the refund only once we have received the confirmation from the logistic partner concerned in respect of the condition of the products at the time of delivery.
- In case of failed attempt at delivery, the product(s) shall be returned to our warehouses and We shall cancel the order and refund the money as per our refund policy.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- The Altered or Used Products do not eligible for Return and Refund.
- Once the order is placed we do not accept any cancellations.
International Shipments
- We do not have the reverse pick up possibility from any International destinations and we request you to please contact our experienced products experts for the details of the products before purchase. They will guide you throughout the purchase. Currently we do not have any return/replacement or Refund process for international shipping.
