Domestic Shipping Policy
- Free shipping on all Domestic orders.
- All of waytoearth orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse in Thrissur, India to your provided shipping address.
- We have tied up with a reliable logistics partner that ensures reliable delivery of all products across cities. We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but sometimes it’s beyond our control.
- Generally, Processing the order normally takes 3-4 working days and then Shipping normally takes 6-8 working days.
- Once the order is confirmed and the payment is done, we will be sending you emails on your shipment confirmation and tracking number with the concerned logistic partner.
International Shipping Policy
- All International shipping will be processed within 4-5 days and delivery within 15 days. Please note any delays by the courier partners are beyond the scope of Indo-Euro Food Factory.

- Our International logistic partners are UPS, DHL, FEDEX, ARAMEX,DPD,SKYNET& PACIFIC
- For orders with multiple products, please take the product with the longest wait time as all products will be shipped together. Upon special consideration we may do part shipment if waiting time for certain made to products are too long. This decision will be taken in consultation with the customers.
- Shipping destinations offered by waytoearth.com for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time and listed online.
- We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.
- Delivery partners will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please WhatsApp us at +91-7902878269or email us at [email protected]. If the product returns to our facility, we will refund the value of the product for Pre-paid customers.
